Users in Orthopaedic Department labs have access to the equipment, upon proper training.
Update the user list form to checkout/update the equipment you are trained and using.
A reservation on the equipment calendar is required before use.
NOTE: The following equipment may need SUNID access, which will only be granted after the training.
